Absences and Late Pick up

Call In Absences to 810.626.2780 It is very important that you call the center when your child will not be attending the Before or After School sessions. We expect your child to be here on their scheduled days. Unnecessary time is spent calling around to the school, transportation, and parents to check on the children. Most of the time, the calls result in us being told that the parents have picked the child up from school and we did not receive a phone call. Repeated unnecessary calls may result in un-enrollment. Late Pick Up The center doors are locked at 6 p.m. If for any reason your child is left at the center after 6 p.m., a late fee of $10 per child per 15 minutes will be charged. The late fee is doubled ($20 per child starting at 6 p.m.) if the same child is picked up late for a second time during the same week. *For consistently late families, a substantial charge will be enforced and/or un-enrollment will result. The clocks at the center are the time that we will use. If you are going to be late, please try to call a friend or relative to pick up your child. If you know that you are going to be late, please call the office at 810.626.2780. *Late fees are charged, no matter what the reason is that you are late.
