When you register online, please include your email address to receive your confirmation receipt.

It is not the policy of the Hartland Community Education Department to confirm the class(es) you have registered for. Hartland Community Education will only notify registrants if a class has been cancelled. If there is a change in class due to instructor illness or inclement weather, Hartland Community Education will make every effort to contact you.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE A HOME, WORK or CELL PHONE NUMBER ON EVERY REGISTRATION WE PROCESS or that you enter online.

A refund will be issued on classes five (5) sessions or longer MINUS a $10 Processing Fee per class or program

The Hartland Consolidated Schools are available for use by our residents in the evenings and some buildings are available on weekends. This includes fields, gymnasiums, auditoriums, classrooms, etc. Rates have been established by the Board of Education for non-profit and profit organizations and functions. Rates can be obtained by inquiring at the Community Education Office 810.626.2145 or 810.626.2150.

Allow 10 business days for processing
Fee including custodial costs must be paid prior to your event if applicable
Damage and unusual use fees will be assessed
Must be issued a Permit prior to using the school facilities
Your group is responsible for continuous on-site supervision during your event.
The Hartland Consolidated Schools reserves the right to deny any request that conflicts with a school or school related function or is in conflict with Board Policy.
All state ad local laws pertaining to use of public school facilities will be enforced.

The Hartland Performing Arts Center was built in 1990 to meet the needs of a rapidly growing community. The center has hosted numerous school plays, dance recitals, Sage Productions-senior center theater group, seminars, concerts, church services and community meetings when a large venue is needed for local government or school related issues.

The Performing Arts Center has a state-of-the-art sound system, large stage, 2 dressing rooms with mirrors and lights, latest audio-visual equipment and orchestra pit. The facility seats approximately 783, is air-conditioned, and is handicap accessible.

The Hartland Performing Arts Center is located at 9525 E. Highland Rd (M-59) and part of the Hartland Educational Support Service Center. To arrange a tour of the facility (prior to renting) or to reserve it for your event, please call 810-626-2150.
